JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist BOD in sale tasks:
- + Communicate with clients, keep connection with clients to get new contract/agreement.
- + Support to make quotation to the clients as requirement.
- + Following with Accounting Dept. to keep track the monthly invoices to clients: issue invoices, make payment documents, contact with clients following payment status.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with customers and the project team on behalf of BOD (if need)
- Report daily/weekly progress with the BOD.
- Do other task assigned by BOD
