JOB DESCRIPTION
● Handle full spectrum of financial and accounting role.
● Responsible for day to day finance and accounting operations.
● Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of account.
● Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments cash-flow management reporting for submission to CEO, BOD.
● Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
● Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins and cost analysis.
● Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
● Proactively advise CFO and BOD on the company's finance situation & propose action plans.
● Be required to recognize risk of data and reports to CFO and BOD for solution.
● Other task as required by CFO or BOD.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting from Academy of Finance, National Economics University, Banking Academy of Vietnam.
- At least 05 years experience in Accounting with at least 03 years experience work as a Chief Accountant. Having Chief Accountant Certificate (require).
- Good communication in English at work.
- Good logic thinking.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Trustful person with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multi-task, detail-oriented, highly focus, open-minded and well analytical.
- Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel, strong accounting software (FAST).
- English: workable.
- Experience in the trading/ecommerce companies is an advantage.
