Sipping a cup of tea, enjoying a bite of mooncake, and sharing a hug, a glance, or a smile is all that’s needed for a season of connection. In keeping with the traditional values of Vietnam, each box of mooncakes given at TDT is filled with love, serving as a token of gratitude from the company to all our employees, esteemed partners, and valued customers. To kickstart an energetic summer, TDT recently organized a successful Summer Trip 2024, spending 3 days and 3 nights in the beautiful city of Cua Lo. This trip was not only an opportunity for TDT-ers to have fun but also a chance to strengthen team spirit and spark everyone's creative potential. It was especially meaningful as it marked the much-anticipated celebration of TDT's 7th anniversary. During this trip, TDT-ers participated in countless exciting activities. They visited historical sites such as the birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh’s paternal and maternal ancestors, and took part in a vibrant and explosive teambuilding program on Cua Lo Beach. The trip culminated in a special Gala with unique and colorful performances by our beloved TDT-ers. This trip has left behind numerous unforgettable memories that TDT-ers shared together. The laughter, purity and innocence from children are always a great source of motivation for TDTers to "Recharge their energy" after days of dedicating themselves to work. Therefore, International Children's Day June 1 is an extremely special occasion for TDT Asia to give meaningful gifts to children. On Children's Day June 1, TDT Asia would like to send best wishes to all children - our lovely angels. Wishing the children to always be healthy, obedient, study well and always keep a smile on their faces. Wishing every parent always be healthy and be a solid support for their children in every step of their life.

    On May 4th, the key personnel of TDT Asia participated in an exciting Leadership training program at the PVI office on the 5th floor. It was a Saturday morning free from KPIs, coding, and deadlines, where TDTers gathered to gain valuable insights into Leadership—one of the essential skills every manager needs for their journey ahead. TDT Asia places a strong emphasis on human development. Through this training session, TDTers gained a deeper understanding of the hidden challenges faced by managers, as well as a greater appreciation for the various emotional states and behaviors of employees. On a typical Monday morning Morning Talk at 𝐓𝐃𝐓 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚, as usual, everyone gathers to discuss an interesting topic. This Monday is particularly special as the atmosphere is exceptionally lively due to the topic "Architectural Thinking and Systematization through Gaming - Is playing games a waste of time?" shared by 𝐂𝐄𝐎 - 𝐍𝐠𝐮𝐲ễ𝐧 𝐓𝐮ấ𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐡. Mr. Tuấn Anh, besides being known as a CEO by TDTers, is also a gamer. Despite having achieved remarkable success in his career, his passion for gaming surprises many. With a cheerful and humorous spirit, Mr. Anh initiates the conversation by posing the serious question: "Is playing games a waste of time?" and immediately enlivens the atmosphere in the office more than ever before. It seems like a breath of fresh air has swept through the office as Mr. Anh begins to provide intriguing examples of how games can stimulate creativity, engage the mind, and even enhance logical thinking skills. As the moment of New Year's Eve arrives, the clock marks the beginning of a new year filled with joy, happiness, and hope. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, TDT Asia would like to express our gratitude to everyone who has accompanied us throughout the past year. In the year of the Rat 2024, TDT Asia hopes to reach even further with new projects and welcomes more talented individuals to join our team. As shared by our CEO during the 2024 strategic meeting, "Success is not a destination, but truly a journey." In alignment with the essence of this statement, the global and TDT Asia's economic landscape in 2023 experienced significant upheavals due to the global downturn. However, this did not diminish the collective efforts of the TDT team. On the contrary, in 2023, we exerted maximum effort to maintain our robust collective despite the challenges posed by global economic uncertainties. These efforts have been honed through highs and lows, a testament to the resilience of our team. To navigate this phase required even more from the TDT workforce. What we had in 2023 was relentless effort, from the BOD to our project teams and functional departments. Upholding the TDT motto, "One culture - one vision - moving forward together," we stand united. Looking ahead to 2024, we have set new challenges for ourselves. During this meeting, we collectively sat down to outline specific development directions for our ongoing and anticipated projects in 2024. We aspire to reach further into the global market we have been cultivating, enhancing our position, quality, and market dominance. These goals serve as our guiding principles for TDT's future development. In 2024, with the collective commitment and unwavering efforts of the TDT Asia team, we hope to witness remarkable development. Together, we aim for a bright and prosperous 2024 for TDT Asia.

  As the year draws to a close and all TDT Asia personnel are busy meeting deadlines and completing KPIs, health becomes a valuable resource not just for individuals but also for the organization as a whole. Understanding this, TDT Asia always strives to take the best care of our employees’ physical and mental well-being. This December, TDT Asia has partnered with Thu Cuc International General Clinic in Hanoi to organize a health check-up program for nearly 200 TDTers. Through this annual health check-up activity, TDTers will gain insights into their health status, enabling them to make positive adjustments in nutrition and physical exercise to maintain their well-being. We wish all TDTers good health, abundant enthusiasm, and energy as we continue to reach new heights together with TDT Asia.

"Technical Sharing" is one of the internal training activities consistently emphasized at TDT Asia. Through this initiative, TDTers not only have the opportunity to update their knowledge of technology but also to hone essential soft skills for all staff members. Participating in these sessions, Back Office team members have the chance to familiarize themselves with IT-related terminologies: Hardware & Software & Firmware Product & Outsourcing Backend, Frontend & Database Programming languages, Framework library? Common Techstacks Software development life cycle (SDLC): Waterfall, Agile Overview of systems: Windows, Linux Job descriptions for various Dev positions.

On the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day on October 20th, this is a special time to appreciate and honor the women of Vietnam. Joining in this joyful atmosphere, TDT has prepared very special gifts for all the ladies. A special program was organized for the women on October 20th, 2023, at TDT. The event included workshops with the theme "UNDERSTANDING SKIN - SECRETS TO CLEANING AND CARING FOR YOUR SKIN." Our partner in organizing this event was JOE Beauty, which has over 10 years of experience in the field of beauty and skincare. On behalf of the company, we wish the “flowers” of TDT the best wishes, now and always. We wish you laughter and joy in these years, with happiness as your true companion. One of the important goals for the period of 2023 - 2024 is to nurture and enhance management and leadership skills for the Leader team, so Leadership skill is considered a focal point receiving much attention and investment from the BOD as well as the entire Leader team at TDT. To kick off the leadership training series, HR has collaborated with "The New Leaders" to organize a Mini Workshop with the theme "Communication to create connection and understanding with employees". Although it was just a small slice in a long journey of training programs, the workshop was very successful with many practical and interesting situations, bringing about a lot of emotions and impressions for participants. The situations and discussion topics were approached and listened to sincerely and openly, allowing everyone to candidly share their perspectives and personal behaviors in human/team management in reality. Especially, the real-life experiences and training expertise on human aspects from various countries around the world by Ms. Ngan Tran brought not only a new approach in leadership training but also a change in mindset and practical management practices at TDT. TDT Asia hopes that it has brought an interesting and beneficial exchange session for the staff at TDT.

One culture - One vision - Moving forward together 6 years is a journey from July 4th, 2017 to July 4th, 2023, not too long but full of profound significance, marking a milestone in TDT's maturity. Today, TDT is extremely proud of the development and growth process over the past six years, a journey with significant changes in scale and position of TDT on the path of construction and development. In the early days of establishment, TDT operated with many difficulties, but we did not hesitate to face challenges and hardships. Throughout the years, our TDT has continuously moved forward, achieving many accomplishments in its field of activity. These are the results of hard work that the leadership team and all members of the company should be proud of and praised. Because of this, we have contributed to shaping the company's stature as it is today. In the future, TDT will continue to pursue the company's policies and consider it a mission during its operation.
