Marking the completion of the PMF Training Program, TDT has successfully held the final session dedicated to its core team – individuals identified and developed as the company’s future key drivers and leaders. The PMF program goes beyond project management knowledge, equipping participants with structured thinking, cross-functional collaboration capabilities, and practical problem-solving skills. Throughout the journey, participants have strengthened their professional foundation and are now better prepared to apply what they have learned to current and upcoming projects at TDT. The closing session served as a valuable opportunity to reflect on the learning journey, share practical insights, and define how each participant will translate knowledge into action – contributing to more effective project execution and sustainable organizational growth. Upon completion, participants were awarded PMF certificates in recognition of their dedication and commitment to continuous development. This milestone also serves as a stepping stone toward more advanced certifications, such as PMP, in the future. On February 7, 2026, the TDT Asia family came together for an emotional Year-End Party to mark the conclusion of 2025. More than just a year-end celebration, it was a moment for us to reflect on our shared journey and gear up for a new year filled with even greater goals and expectations.  2025 was a year of immense effort and transformation. On January 12, 2026, TDT Asia held its Strategic Meeting 2026, led directly by CEO Nguyen Tuan Anh, with the participation of nearly 50 core members from across departments. The meeting focused on reviewing the company’s 2025 performance, clarifying strategic priorities for 2026, and addressing existing operational challenges in a direct and practical manner. In parallel, the application of AI was discussed as a key strategic direction to enhance efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and elevate the value of work. Through open and constructive discussions between the Leadership Team and departments, action-oriented directions for the next phase were clearly defined, grounded in alignment, realism, and strong execution focus. Strategic Meeting 2026 was not merely a meeting, but the starting point of a new action-driven phase—where TDT Asia moves forward with clear direction, a united team, and a strong readiness to change for sustainable growth.
