JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide support to the Sales Department in managing and nurturing customer and partner relationships.

Prepare required documents, proposals, quotations, and contracts for Sales activities and client requests.

Assist in presenting and consulting the company’s products and services to potential customers.

Monitor the workflow with clients, schedule reminders, update progress, and support the resolution of arising issues.

Collaborate with relevant departments (Marketing, Business Analysis, Technical, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and effective support for business operations.

Consolidate business data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Participate in internal and client meetings, take minutes, and track the completion of action items.

Update information on market trends, competitors, and customer demands to support the Sales team in enhancing performance.

Perform administrative and operational tasks related to Sales activities as assigned by the Sales Manager.
