JOB DESCRIPTION

Own the product vision and roadmap for assigned Fintech products.

Define, prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.

Work closely with stakeholders (Business, Tech, Operations, Partners, Customers) to gather and clarify product requirements.

Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and development plans.

Collaborate daily with the Development Team to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and user behaviors to continuously improve product strategy.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint review, and other Agile ceremonies.

Ensure the team always has well-defined, prioritized tasks ready for execution.

Coordinate with partners and customers regarding product customization when required.

Report product progress and performance to BOD.

Requirements
#MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Development/IT projects; minimum 1–2 years working as Product Owner, Product Manager, BA Lead or similar role.
- Good communication in English or Japanese.
- Experience in managing projects under many different models such as Agile.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with Fintech products (FX, Securities, E-wallet, Crypto) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills..
- Ability to balance business needs and technical feasibility.
- PMP/PSPO/CSPO certification is a plus.
