JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and coordinate all activities of the Tech/Product/Delivery departments with a team size of 50–60 members, ensuring project progress and quality.
- Supervise and lead Project Managers, Tech Leads, BAs, and QAs to make sure all streams run efficiently and on schedule.
- Work directly with clients and the Board of Directors to capture requirements, negotiate scope, and report project progress.
- Provide technical direction, participate in system architecture reviews, and oversee security, performance, and CI/CD processes.
- Develop strategies for resource allocation, OKRs, and product roadmaps based on project phases.
- Participate in negotiations, presentations, and technical reports with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
- At least 7–10 years of experience in IT companies, including 5+ years in PM or Head/Lead roles.
- Proven experience managing teams of 30–50 members or more (Dev, QA, BA, Product).
- Strong technical background or in-depth understanding of software systems, architecture, security, and performance.
- Experience in Fintech or Trading Platform domains is a significant advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities in professional contexts.
- Male/ Female, physically fit, able to handle high pressure, and willing to be hands-on during critical project phases.
- Demonstrated leadership mindset and high fighting spirit, capable of maintaining team stability and performance.
- Preference for candidates who have lived, studied, or worked in English-speaking countries.
