JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consolidate and analyze financial data, key operational metrics, and growth indicators (GMV, CAC, LTV, NPL...) for periodic reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare internal management reports, executive meeting materials, and documents for shareholders/investors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (accounting, operations, legal, tech...) in system standardization, cost optimization, and budget control projects.
- Participate in the quarterly/annual budgeting process and monitor budget implementation.
- Support both internal and external annual audit processes.
- Track the progress of long-term financial plans, M&A activities (if any), fundraising rounds, or strategic partnerships.
- Act as the right hand to the CFO in daily work coordination and be the communication bridge between the CFO and other departments.

Requirements
#MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fintech, fast-growing companies, or digital transformation environments.
- Solid knowledge of corporate finance principles, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and accounting operations.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills – especially in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Good command of English (reading and writing reports, emails, contracts, etc.).
