JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collect, consolidate, process, and visualize data from various departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to support business decision-making.
- Design and manage performance dashboards (KPIs) using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, etc.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to understand business requirements and translate them into specific data needs.
- Communicate with clients, keep connection with clients to get new contracts/agreements.
- Support to make quotations to the clients as required.
- Following with Accounting Dept. to keep track of the monthly invoices to clients: issue invoices, make payment documents, contact with clients following payment status.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with customers and the project team on behalf of BOD (if need)
- Report daily/weekly progress with the BOD.
- Do other tasks assigned by the BOD.
