JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with the technical team and other departments in proposing quotation, contract negotiation, project handover, and post-sales support.

Achieve sales targets as assigned on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, especially those using software solutions, IT infrastructure services, implementation, and maintenance.

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments such as technical team, implementation, QA, and BA.

Understand client needs and support the project team to propose suitable IT solutions; coordinate project planning and ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met.

Support Project Manager to build the project’s roadmap, allocate human resources, ensure the progress and quality of the project.

Coordinate and participate in meetings with customers and the project team.

Report daily/weekly progress with the BOD.

Requirements
#MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role in the tech/software/IT services/enterprise solutions industry.
- Solid understanding of basic software, IT systems, and financial systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service mindset, ability to work under pressure, and proactive attitude.
- English proficiency.
