The year of 2024 has passed, leaving behind countless remarkable and memorable moments. The 2024 Year End Party of the TDT Asia family was joyfully held in Ba Vi Garden on the evening of January 04th with the participation of our entire TDT family.   Celebrating more than 7 years of establishment and development, 2024 marked a year of outstanding growth for TDT Asia, not only in terms of the number of projects but also in the expansion of the team. Mr. CEO - Nguyen Tuan Anh delivered an inspiring speech at the event, summarizing the achievements of 2024 and outlining the strategic vision for 2025 to further solidify TDT Asia's position in both Vietnam and the global market.   Through the theme "Dream Big, Shine Bright", our CEO reaffirmed our strong commitment to building a culture of unity and emphasizing the contributions of each individual at TDT. The message also emphasized that unity and shared values remain the solid foundation for all of TDT Asia’s future successes.   As we step into 2025, wishing every TDTers a new year filled with health, energy, and unwavering determination, moving forward together to achieve new milestones and new achievements!    

The year 2024 has passed, our entire TDTers and TDT Warrior Leaders have always united to move forward and grow together in 2024. Entering the 2025 journey with the number 9 promises many breakthroughs! Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - CEO of TDT Asia shared in the 2025 Strategy Meeting, "Great achievements come from perseverance and unceasing solidarity". His sharing reflects TDT Asia's journey in 2024 - a year marking changes in management methods as well as in project operations. Despite facing significant challenges, the perseverance and determination of our TDTers have been affirmed through the quality projects we have implemented in the past year. Through this year's strategic meeting, our CEO has laid out a development roadmap for 2025. Building on the progress made, the goal is to expand TDT Asia's footprint in the global market, striving for excellence in quality, innovation, and market leadership. These ambitious goals will serve as a compass for TDT Asia as it embraces new opportunities and challenges in 2025. Starting the journey in 2025, the collective efforts and commitment of our TDTers remain the greatest source of strength, together, we are ready for a new year - a year of development, cooperation and success!

Congratulations to our champion - Division 2! After a striking final match in Ba Vi, Division 2 has successfully won the 2024 TDT Asia Cup championship. Although the playing field conditions were not perfect, our players' persistent fighting spirit and high determination brought a convincing victory. Teams, keep up the spirit and continue to make efforts, see you all again next season with a stronger performance and a greater desire to win to compete for the trophy!  We would like to send our sincere thanks to the participating teams for their dedication and competitive spirit, and our TDTers audience for their enthusiastic cheering and support of the match. To make the season successful and spectacular, we cannot do without our sponsors. In December, CQ TDT ASIA was thrilled to join the Coffee Trading Seminar hosted by Phillip Nova, featuring world-renowned commodities and futures analysts, along with 50 attendees from banks, local brokers, and coffee trading houses. This event was not just a fantastic opportunity to exchange valuable insights and trading experiences in the coffee market, but also a great space for networking and discussing potential collaborations within the coffee community. Phillip Nova is a strategic partner with which TDT has had many opportunities to co-organize commodity trading events across Vietnam over the years. TDT will continue to accompany Phillip Nova in the growth of both the Vietnamese and international markets as a key strategic technology partner. Looking forward to more exciting events in 2025!  

At TDT Asia, the health of each member is not only a valuable asset of the individual but also the foundation for the sustainable development of the organization. Therefore, on December 7th, TDT together with Thu Cuc International General Clinic organized a periodic health check-up program for TDTers in Hanoi. The program not only stops at general health check-ups but also provides opportunities for TDTers to better understand their health status. Through dedicated advice from a team of experienced doctors, TDTers received practical solutions on nutrition and lifestyle habits accordingly, helping to maintain the best physical condition to reach their goals in work and life. This health visit not only shows TDT's special attention to TDTers, but also is a testament to TDT Asia's commitment to long-term and sustainable companionship with the team on the journey to accomplish new achievements. At TDT, Running for Phở is where running enthusiasts, Phở lovers, and … great chit-chatters come together. What do TDT-ers do with "Running for Phở"?   Running: For sports lovers, everyone is very dedicated, determined to “run for health, run for beauty”. The members of the club are not only serious in every step they take but also achieve impressive results: Completing the Half Marathon (HM) at 21km and the Full Marathon (FM) at 42km with determination and flair.  Eating Phở: True to its name, Running for Phở reaches peak productivity during the “eating Phở” part. Here, the famous Phở Thìn bowl becomes the star of the morning. The broth is rich and fatty, with a shiny layer of golden grease, tender and fragrant beef, perfectly chewy rice noodles, garnished with some vibrant green scallions and a bit of vinegar garlic – all blending together to create an irresistible “masterpiece”. Another Mid-Autumn Festival has arrived, and here at TDT Asia, we’ve shared sweetness with each other through these carefully and meticulously prepared boxes of mooncakes, filled with love! The image of the mooncake represents the fullness of the moon on the night of the festival and symbolizes the warmth and happiness of family reunions. Sipping a cup of tea, enjoying a bite of mooncake, and sharing a hug, a glance, or a smile is all that’s needed for a season of connection. In keeping with the traditional values of Vietnam, each box of mooncakes given at TDT is filled with love, serving as a token of gratitude from the company to all our employees, esteemed partners, and valued customers. To kickstart an energetic summer, TDT recently organized a successful Summer Trip 2024, spending 3 days and 3 nights in the beautiful city of Cua Lo. This trip was not only an opportunity for TDT-ers to have fun but also a chance to strengthen team spirit and spark everyone's creative potential. It was especially meaningful as it marked the much-anticipated celebration of TDT's 7th anniversary. During this trip, TDT-ers participated in countless exciting activities. They visited historical sites such as the birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh’s paternal and maternal ancestors, and took part in a vibrant and explosive teambuilding program on Cua Lo Beach. The trip culminated in a special Gala with unique and colorful performances by our beloved TDT-ers. This trip has left behind numerous unforgettable memories that TDT-ers shared together. The laughter, purity and innocence from children are always a great source of motivation for TDTers to "Recharge their energy" after days of dedicating themselves to work. Therefore, International Children's Day June 1 is an extremely special occasion for TDT Asia to give meaningful gifts to children. On Children's Day June 1, TDT Asia would like to send best wishes to all children - our lovely angels. Wishing the children to always be healthy, obedient, study well and always keep a smile on their faces. Wishing every parent always be healthy and be a solid support for their children in every step of their life.

    On May 4th, the key personnel of TDT Asia participated in an exciting Leadership training program at the PVI office on the 5th floor. It was a Saturday morning free from KPIs, coding, and deadlines, where TDTers gathered to gain valuable insights into Leadership—one of the essential skills every manager needs for their journey ahead. TDT Asia places a strong emphasis on human development. Through this training session, TDTers gained a deeper understanding of the hidden challenges faced by managers, as well as a greater appreciation for the various emotional states and behaviors of employees. This knowledge empowers them to make informed decisions, thereby strengthening the collective culture at TDT. Let's take a look back at some highlights from our training session! On a typical Monday morning Morning Talk at 𝐓𝐃𝐓 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚, as usual, everyone gathers to discuss an interesting topic. This Monday is particularly special as the atmosphere is exceptionally lively due to the topic "Architectural Thinking and Systematization through Gaming - Is playing games a waste of time?" shared by 𝐂𝐄𝐎 - 𝐍𝐠𝐮𝐲ễ𝐧 𝐓𝐮ấ𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐡. Mr. Tuấn Anh, besides being known as a CEO by TDTers, is also a gamer. Despite having achieved remarkable success in his career, his passion for gaming surprises many. With a cheerful and humorous spirit, Mr. Anh initiates the conversation by posing the serious question: "Is playing games a waste of time?" and immediately enlivens the atmosphere in the office more than ever before. It seems like a breath of fresh air has swept through the office as Mr. Anh begins to provide intriguing examples of how games can stimulate creativity, engage the mind, and even enhance logical thinking skills. "Imagine you're building a city in a simulation game. It's not just entertainment, but also a way to hone management, planning, and problem-solving skills," he says. Initially skeptical, TDTers gradually become drawn to the allure of this idea. People start to reconsider the connection between playing games and advancing their professional skills.
